Junior Project Manager
Position Overview:
You will be working within our PM Team, and will join a dedicated cast of individuals delivering operational applications and services to our clients. To succeed in this position, you must be a self-starter, function well within a team environment while being capable of working independently, and must demonstrate superior problem solving and communications skills.

Key Accountabilities:
- Assist technical support on customer software issues of moderate complexity and wide scope.
- Contribute to project plan definition and business specifications.
- Gather and analyze requirements; design, develop, test, and plan installation of technology projects into production.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, communications, policies and procedures.
- Proactively troubleshoot potential issues and recommend resolutions.
- Support ongoing sales initiatives as required.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, presentation
- Ability to quickly and comprehensively document user requirements
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of internet technologies
- Familiar with development methodologies, techniques and related industry standards
- Proficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Visio
- Bilingual (English/French) an asset
