Objective:
Re-launch an initiative that helps Ontarians improve their quality of life through healthy, nutritious eating. The existing service featured a telephone hotline and an email form that connected consumers to registered dietitians, but these services were not well known and seldom used.
Solution:
Marketlink recommended a call-centre application that provided staff with information management services, call logging and workflow for email assignments.
The EatRight Ontario site was re-designed from top to bottom to feature more consumer-focused content. As well, an emphasis was placed on the telephone hotline and the email service.
Results:
EatRight Ontario is now a one stop destination for Ontarians who are looking for information on nutritious eating. The site is regularly updated with consumer-relevant content and the "Ask a Dietitian" feature is now more popular than ever.
